Spacious apartments with large living areas and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The location offers stunning canal views and easy access to local attractions like St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.
The €50 fee for using the washing machine feels excessive for a couple of things, especially for those traveling light. Plus, finding the entrance can be tricky, and even though the apartment had a cozy feel, it might not suit everyone, particularly during the warmer months when mosquitoes can become a nuisance.

Why I’m torn on this
The location is unbeatable with St Mark’s Square just minutes away. Spacious apartments come fully stocked and clean, and the staff, especially Vanessa, provides exceptional service that enhances every aspect of the stay.
The €50 fee for using the washing machine felt excessive. I also found the air conditioning inconsistent, which made for some warm nights that impacted sleep and comfort during our stay.

Excellent directions provided prior to arrival.
Unfortunately, the laundry machine fee was a surprising 50 euros, which felt excessive for our needs. Additionally, our bed was initially too hard for comfort. although the staff promptly added a topper, we still struggled with rest. Most disappointingly, we found the air conditioning to be shut off for the season despite it being quite warm during our stay, making our nights uncomfortable.

Residence Corte Grimani struck a perfect balance between location and comfort. The proximity to St Mark's Square is fantastic, just a short walk away. My apartment felt spacious, with a kitchenette that made snacks after a long day easy. The living area had a cozy couch which allowed for relaxation. Vanessa, the front desk host, made my stay exceptionally pleasant. She took time to provide great dining recommendations and went out of her way to ensure my experience was smooth. However, using the washing machine came with an unexpected 50 euro fee, which felt a bit steep. Also, the shower configuration was tricky. water often splashed out onto the floor during use due to the partial screen. If you are considering this hotel for families, be mindful of the small washer-dryer combo. it had limited drying capabilities. Overall, these little inconveniences didn't overshadow the delightful hospitality and serene location of the residence.

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette for self-catering. The location was unbeatable, providing easy access to major attractions, making it convenient to drop off shopping. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent and the fee for the washer-dryer felt excessive. Additionally, the beds were on the small side and lacked adequate bedding, impacting comfort during the stay.

Oh, you've got to try the cheese rolls at the nearby Cafe Florian! They were legendary, flaky goodness that perfectly paired with the local vino. Plus, the location is just a hop away from St Mark's Basilica, and the cozy kitchenette made it easy to whip up snacks after an adventurous day. Vanessa's insider tips on where to dine were a total game-changer!
Now, here's the cheeky part, the AC was advertised but shut off for the season. We were sweating bullets and couldn't open the windows because of the buzzing mosquitoes. They had a machine meant to keep them at bay, but it didn’t do its job. Such a bummer in an otherwise splendid stay!

Vanessa at the front desk was incredibly helpful, guiding us through dining options and local attractions, making our stay truly enjoyable.
The air conditioning in our room was a bit inconsistent, which made for some uncomfortable nights.
